  1. Great reblog, JoAnn! All you look for in standard whipped cream, but with added flavor too.

    One thing I learned from making regular whipped cream, put the mixer bowl and the whisk attachment in the freezer for half an hour before using. When the vessel is thoroughly frosted, the cream is that much fluffier, and is more apt to keep its shape.
